6. Intellectual Property

(a) Games. All Games displayed on the Site are the property of their respective developers and rights holders. We host and display Games with the permission of their owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Game beyond the limited right to play the Game on the Site.

(b) Site Content. The Site's design, text, graphics, software, and code (excluding Games) are owned by or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

If the Site offers features that allow you to post content (such as comments or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Site.
